Throughout the weekend, the Collabathon will host Break out sessions to help Collabathon participants join established Working Groups and Teams and the new forming Teams. 

Sessions will be conducted via Zoom and use Discord to help coordinate the different channels.

A project to develop a unified, open, collaborative standard for carbon credit tokenization which is agnostic of both carbon methodology and standard body, which creates the first primitive for a more transparent and composable sustainable finance ecosystem.

  • involveMINT: involveMINT is a Community Exchange Network that empowers “ChangeMakers” to work on impactful projects by earning a currency accepted and exchanged among community business, residents and organizations, affording access to goods and services while keeping wealth local, and building thriving communities.

  • SurveyStack / SoilStack: SurveyStack is a flexible but scalable Javascript survey tool for collecting survey-type data from a variety of human and machine sources. SurveyStack has integrations with other services (farmOS farm management system, Regen Ledger, or other services) for pushing the finished survey results to any number of additional locations. SoilStack is a version of SurveyStack with a purpose-designed front end for walking a user through a survey at a predefined series of GPS locations, with advanced tools for intelligent point selection (stratification).   • Project Øasis: Project Oasis provides insights for sustainability executives to reduce and remove carbon emissions. At the moment the main service are monthly post for and from Climate Pioneers. The idea is to expand the services and help executives act on climate change. on Github:

  • BFLO: BFLO technology to track, verify and manage sustainability information around business and finance. This includes Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), ESG data, certifications, and carbon. BFLO’s protocol is blockchain-enabled for secure audits around claims and third party verification, and is being designed to help make it easier to manage complex information.

2020 Open Climate Collabathon

The Open Climate Collabathon is an independently organized not-for-profit event, fiscally hosted by the Open Collective Foundation 501(c)3
